Channel Tools announces today the signing of a strategic agreement with Oktium. The instant live video connection platform allows online customers to reach out to brick and mortar establishments in Retail, Manufacturing, Automotive and Services sectors for an “in-store” like experience. This agreement will enable Channel Tools to develop a sales channel for Oktium in the EMEA region through its partnership with Tech Data.

Developed specifically for use in retail and service industries, Oktium adds convenience of personalised interaction, bridging the gap between the online and in-store experience. This live video connection solution comes with integrated features such as one-tap appointment setting, one-tap information sharing and one-tap payment options and more, setting it apart from other providers. To top it up, all the data obtained during Oktium video calls lands directly into the establishment’s Customer Management Systems such as CRM, or Inventory Management.
